The new show by the Vicens Martin Dream Big Band collects some of the best known traditional Catalan Christmas Carols, puts them under the point of view of the arrangements of Vicens Martin, working with rhythms and melodies with a Mediterranean air.

From a classic Fum Fum Fum in a Moroccan Style or the well known Pau Casals’s Cant dels Ocells, through traditional Balearic songs or intimate moments accompanied by only a double bass. You will hear all kinds of different colors but common at the same time, and always writing for the voice of Gemma Abrié, accompanied of the 17 musicians of the Dream Big Band.
